The terms that govern our painting services and your use of this website.

Overview

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of Top Grade Painting's services, website, and any related interactions, including SMS text messaging communications. By engaging our services, using our website, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Top Grade Painting provides residential and commercial painting services, including interior painting, exterior painting, siding, trim work, and related surface preparation and finishing. All services are performed by trained professionals. We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our scope or geographic service area.

Estimates and Proposals

We provide free, no-obligation on-site estimates for projects within our service area. Estimates are based on visual inspection and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may change if project scope, surface conditions, or material selections change after the estimate is issued.

Scheduling and Project Start

Project start dates are scheduled after signed acceptance of the proposal and receipt of any required deposit. We make every effort to begin work on the agreed date; however, weather, supply chain delays, or unforeseen circumstances may cause rescheduling. We will communicate any changes promptly.

Payments

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Typically, a deposit is required to secure scheduling, with the balance due upon project completion and final walkthrough. We accept checks, credit cards, and ACH transfers. Late payments may incur a service charge.

SMS Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number to Top Grade Painting (through our website forms, in person, by phone, or in a signed agreement) and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from us. Program description: messages related to estimate requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, customer care, billing, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency: recurring messages, frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Reply HELP for help or contact us at (253) 240-8705 or Topgradedevelopment@gmail.com. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message and no further messages thereafter. Supported in the United States only. Workmanship Warranty

Top Grade Painting stands behind our work with a workmanship warranty. Specific warranty terms are provided in writing per project and cover defects in labor and application. Warranty does not cover damage caused by weather events, structural movement, or abuse/neglect after project completion.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for clearing work areas of personal items, furniture, and valuables prior to project start. We are not responsible for damage to items left in work areas. Access to water and electricity must be available. Pets should be secured away from active work zones.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible and are accommodated based on availability.

Limitation of Liability

Top Grade Painting's liability is limited to the value of the contracted services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any damages arising from delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
